tried travelling to school today for the first time.
took more than 1 and a half hours. dang. i've so gotta get used to this.
the freshman welcome ceremony was okay.
all the fresh faces seems weird to me.

and we had to wear their gowns during the event (gosh).
so much for graduation. LOL.

all the professors were also wearing their "multi-coloured" gowns.
i seriously have no idea how long it took for them to attain that level of qualification.

weird.
nowadays, i feel super slacky. just feel like rotting my day away.
perhaps its because... school's starting...
reality is starting to sink in.

nevertheless, went shopping with my lifelong friend today.
was trying to keep within my budget while jam just went for her spree.
but still, we managed to get sale items. hurray for that.
i still have items on my "to buy" list though. ):

na and i had marina mandarin's aquamarine buffet for dinner yesterday. (:

nice spread. super good.
both of us starved during lunch in order to make it worth.
ate till i was super full to the brim man!

not much food porn. cos i was busy eating! HA!
and! shy LAH. cos the waiters and waitresses were walking around.




anyway. i've matriculated online and have gotten my timetable.
when i logged in, i only had to answer two yes/no questions and THATS ALL.
it seems as if something wasn't right cos how can the whole matriculation thing be so SHORT?!
and i was kinda struggling with my timetable. so, i had to call for help!
as expected, my driving lessons and test date clashes with my lessons (how lucky can i get?).
i had to rearrange my slots here and there. but unfortunately... since there's no refund for the cancellation of the test date, i have to turn up no matter what. which means, i have to skip the lecture on wednesday. YIKES.
SIGH. only consolation isssssssss... i have a 4 day week. COOL.

i packed my closet as well. sorted out the WANTs from the DON'T WANTs.
and i realise that i have INSUFFICIENT clothes. ):
but!! my bank account's drained. and i have a whole list of debts to clear.

oh well. thats about it.
and i don't know why i'm having this weird heart wrenching feeeellinggg...

LOL. stuck around till the end of it.

then we met the carlin, rach and jeff for dinner at SHOKUDO - the japanese food bazaar.

headed to sentosa with jassy and ziling today.
but OMGWTFBBQ, the sky was super dark by the time we set foot on the beach.
not long, it started to drizzle.
so we stone-ddddddddd at the food court and the rain just got heavier and heavier.
by the time we had our lunch and dessert, it reduced to a drizzle and stopped.
the moment we stepped out, it rained AGAIN.
this repeated a few times until we got soooo sick.
so, we showered and left for vivo.
what a trip, i must say.

out for the weekends.
must make full use of the last bits of my longgggggggggggg break.
9 more days till school reopens.

and after reading through wikipedia, i realised that he had already passed away.
YES. I HAD NO IDEA. didn't know which hole i was hiding in.
he had finished filming the dark knight shortly before his death from an accidental prescription drug overdose at age 28.
such a pity.

and ziling and i signed a petition at his official website:

caught the dark knight today.



the whole movie was a whoppin' 2 and a half hours long.
was reluctant to watch it at first cos i wasn't really a fan of the whole batman thing.
but! glad i did so... it was quite good actually. (: though i was covering my eyes during certain scenes. =\

nonetheless, it suddenly hit me that...
its only 12 more days till my new school life begins. >.<

great. my muscles are hurting.
was feeling really lethargic the whole day.

and it was raining heavily during my driving lesson in the morning.
i was really trying to focus cos the mirrors were really blur.
couldn't even see the road and poles properly.
but despite that, i think that today was quite alright.
still made a few mistakes here and there...
but... as compared to the previous few atrocious sessions, i'd say... this one isn't too bad. though its still a tat bit bad. OKAY. whatever.

was suppose to have another session tomoro at 3.20pm. but am attempting to trysell it via the web now. but nobody seems interested in the slot. boohoo.
and i just got a feeling that my school upcoming timetable would not permit the rest of the slots for august and september.
omg. please do not let it happen. i'm already enough screwed.

i shall rot away with my novel now.

its not bad actually. though i didn't really get the whole thing. HAHA!
i STILL got a little lost even with the help of the subtitles. hopeless. ):
i can never fully understand the whole ancient chinese history thing.
but then again. WOO. the warriors/generals (or whatever u call those people) in the movie are super MANLY. SLASH! POKE! STAB!
and takeshi kaneshiro (a.k.a jin chen wu) who plays zhu ge liang in the movie is just a smarty pretty face. LOL. he didn't even fight. he was always appears prim and proper in all the scenes, strolling around with his feather fan. unlike the rest, which had to be hurt, bloody and dirty. LOL.

but it was a little irritating!
cos when it was almost reaching the climax-ish part of the movie...
the words TO BE CONTINUED appeared.

i was like "WHADDAHHHHHHHHH?!!?"
